We can deal in transactions in any size for most services, but truly dominate with companies under $10 million in sales. As consultants, we will represent either buyers or sellers as advocates. For business valuation services, company size is never an issue. We can value any size company.

In addition to providing professional services, we have been active buying companies as active financial partners. This involves every aspect of the transaction from sourcing the target company, to operating and managing the company after the deal has closed, to selling the company when appropriate.
